This is a great last minute appetizer you can make up when unexpected guests arrive.

Ingredients
- Package of croissants (Pillsbury)
- Berry jam or canned cherry compote
- Brie
- Egg wash
Preparation
Roll the croissants out and place brie atop. Spread jam over brie. Wrap croissant dough around brie and twist the remains on top to create a rose bud (or use the excess dough to cut out shapes — like leaves at thanksgiving time).
Brush with egg wash for golden brown finish.
Cook as directed on croissant package.
