Sausage Balls

One of PapPap's favorites. This is also a great idea for introducing meat at brunch if you don't want it in a casserole.

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb of Sausage (I use sage Jimmy Dean)
  2. 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  3. 2 cups bisquick

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°

Combine all ingredients to create a meatloaf consistency sausage loaf. Roll into bite size balls and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 10 - 15 minutes (add 10 minutes if frozen).

Serve with spicy or honey mustard.
