A Pisco Sour is a distinctive South American cocktail celebrated for its smooth and tangy profile.
Bennett's crew host mom, Diana Napoliello introducted these to me and it is one of my favorite cocktails.

Ingredients
- 3 oz Pisco (which is distilled grape juice, like grappa)
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 oz of simple syrup
- 1/4 cup of crushed ice
- Angostura bitters dashed on top (4 drops)
Preparation
Add pisco, lime juice, simple sugar, and egg white to a cocktail shake. Shake until the mixture is frothy then pour into a compote. Top with the lime wedge.
