This is good hot or cold. I like to half this recipe and keep the rest in the refrigerator for another night. Serve it in wonton wrappers and use unique cheese for a change.

Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke heart (drained and finely chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups fresh crab meat
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cup toasted almonds or sprinkled paprika for topping
- Wonton wrappers (near tofu in produce section of grocer)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix first four ingredients together and place in a lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle hot sauce and almonds on top. Bake uncovered 20 minutes. Serve with crackers
If serving in wontons, bake wontons in cupcake pan 8-10 minutes. Keep an eye on them because they can burn fast.
