My momma always said, “Cook for the men cuz the women won't eat anyway.” This is definitely one of those dishes the men will be telling their wives about. It's at all my tailgate parties!

Ingredients
- 1 roasted chicken, shredded (or boil 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts)
- 1 12 oz bottle Frank’s chicken wing hot sauce (don’t substitute)
- 1 16 oz bottle Ranch dressing
- 2 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar or Monterrey Jack cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°. In a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan, combine the shredded chicken and the bottle of hot sauce. Spread to form an even layer.
In a saucepan over medium heat combine that entire bottle of Ranch dressing with 16 oz of cream cheese, stirring until smooth and hot. Pour this mixture evenly over chicken, spreading to form the second layer.
Make a third layer using 1/2 cup chopped celery then bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake uncovered for another 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly (but not brown and hardened).
Let it sit for 10 minutes and serve hot or warm with celery sticks and Frito Scoops.
