This is the salsa I use as a condiment when I make fish tacos. I'll serve it beforehand with tortilla chips.

Ingredients
- 2 15 oz cans of black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 17 oz package frozen whole kernel corn thawed
- 2 large tomatoes seeded and chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/8 - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 3 - 4 Tbs lime juice
- 1 Tbs red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
