It's easy and yummy. It's easy because you can pull the frozen stuff out and whip it together. Of course you can use fresh.

Ingredients
- 2-3 cups of chopped cooked chicken (frozen bag)
- Broccoli (frozen bag)
- 2-10 oz can of cream of mushroom soup (or cream of anything)
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp of curry powder (just sprinkle herbs evenly on top of soup)
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Ritz cracker sleeve (crushed and crumbled on top)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or parmesan cheese (on top of crackers)
Preparation
Preheat oven 350°.
Warm chicken and steam broccoli in microwave. While heating, mix cream of mushroom, mayonnaise, curry powder and pepper in 9 x 13 dish. Add cooked chicken and broccoli to dish and stir together. Crush ritz crackers and spread over top, then grade cheese on top (or if you have shredded cheese in bag — mix that into soup).
Cook for 35 minutes uncovered. Serve with rice.
