This is a fantastic dressing over greens but is also nice to drizzle over fish and chicken. Don't put herbs and pepper in blender as it turns the dressing an unpleasant color.

Ingredients
- Spring greens
- 2 large ripe mango peeled, pitted, and roughly chopped
- Red onion
- Blueberries
For Dressing:
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (2 medium size limes)
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 Tbs honey
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbs finely chopped jalapeno
Preparation
Combine one mango, lime and orange juice, honey, cumin, garlic and S & P in a blender and puree. Whisk oil into dressing ingredients. Add finely chopped peppers and cilantro.
In large bowl, toss lettuce (add blueberries, 1 chopped mango, and onion). Sprinkle with pecans, if desired.
