I got this recipe from Vickie after she brought it to a BBQ lunch at Kim Roland's house. The young kids will eat it too.

Ingredients
- 1 package (7 oz) small pasta shells
- 6 slices bacon, crisply cooked
- 1 1/2 cups fully cooked smoked turkey, diced/cubed
- 1 1/2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
For Dressing:
- 3/4 cup light mayo
- 2 Tbs FRESH basil, chopped
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
Mix together dressing ingredients. Cook and drain pasta as directed on box. Crumble bacon. Reserve 2 tablespoons for topping.
Mix pasta, dressing, bacon, adn remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours to blend flavors. Sprinkle reserved bacon.
