We found this dish while trying to find a recipe for a yummy corn dish we had in Key West and this is pretty close.

Ingredients
- 8 oz box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
- 15 oz whole kernel corn (drained)
- 15 oz creamed corn (not drained)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 stick of butter (melted)
- Ground salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together and pour in a greased 8 x 8 baking pan. Cook uncovered for 45 minutes.
