This makes eating vegetables delightful. We also roast broccoli, brussel sprouts, asparagus with it. Florets roast for approx. 20 minutes while potatoes and carrots about 40 minutes.

Ingredients
- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- Herbs de Provence
- Parsley
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°.
Cut up cauliflower and drizzle with enough olive oil so the florets are coated. Sprinkle herbs, salt, and pepper on top and mix well.
Roast 20 minutes in oven. Last 5 minutes put a handful of parmesan cheese on top and roast until melted.
